I was pleased to announce that Technical Ideas have joined C Infinity in our partner program. Technical Ideas develop and distribute Socrates which uses the latest .NET technology and have clients all over Ireland.
One of the many daily tasks I perform is communicating directly with various software vendors and developers such as Technical Ideas. I do this so we at C Infinity can learn more about the software applications and databases that our customers use so when it comes to performing backups and even restores we all know the best practices to use.
Previously we communicated directly with Technical Ideas as some of our clients use Socrates medical software. By getting to know their support people we were able to build a relationship and advise our own clients on the best practice to perform a backup of Socrates. We’ve already performed a number of restores with Socrates with a 100% success rate. Thanks to the outstanding support from Technical Ideas both our customers can experience first hand what’s its like to have two separate service providers work alongside each other during a data loss incident.
For us at C Infinity our partnership with Technical Idea’s is a positive step forward to helping more medical practices in Ireland with secure storage of their medical data. Thankfully we can continue offering a superior service to GP’s using Socrates by working alongside Technical Ideas who can now offer our secure online backup for PC’s and continuous server backups to their clients.
