C infinity has partnered with globally renowned Iron Mountain to provide LiveVault™ data protection in Ireland. LiveVault™ is specifically designed to provide continuous server backups so ensuring your data is safely stored off-site.
Our LiveVault™ service protects data on servers by providing safe, secure offsite data storage in our managed infrastructure in Dublin.
Yes, your data is fully encrypted before it leaves your servers and remains encrypted on our backup vaults. LiveVault™ uses 256 AES (Advance Encryption Standard) which is used by many agencies including the U.S. Military & Government.
For an additional layer of protection, our server backup and recovery solution uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to establish a secure and resilient communication tunnel to the off-site C Infinity storage facility.
Does LiveVault™ affect Network or broadband speed?
After an initial backup, the LiveVault™ server backup and recovery solution transmits only the changes to files, minimising bandwidth consumption. Bandwidth throttling also enables you to control the amount of bandwidth used during specified time periods so it would not interfere with the day to day running of your business.

How long would it take to backup large amounts of data?
The 1st initial backup can take anywhere from an hour to over 24 hours, depending on your broadband speed and the amount of data needing protection.
If you have large amounts of data that cannot be transferred over the internet C Infinity can provide an on-site specialist technician to ensure safe transfer of your data to our backup servers by using an onsite seeding device that resides in your office.
Unlike other online backup providers we at C Infinity own and manage our backup infrastructure based in a secure data centre in Dublin. At no time will your data leave Ireland.
C Infinity has terabytes of storage space available in Dublin so we can provide safe, secure and reliable backups from as little as 5GB’s to whatever you require.
How much does LiveVault™ server backup cost?
Pricing will vary depending on the amount of data requiring protection using our confidential secure backup service. Based on price per GB you can have additional servers protected at no extra cost. We do not charge installation, set-up or support fees.
