How much does Connected™ Online Backup cost?
The Connected™ application can backup all file types in business applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, medical applications, accountancy packages and email applications. Standard accounts do not have file restrictions.

How does Connected Online Backup secure my data?
Before data is backed up into C Infinity’s secure infrastructure in Dublin the software application will encrypt data using 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standards (AES) which is commonly used by government and military departments around the world. Data is transmitted to our backup vaults using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and remains encrypted on the backup vaults.
We provide different sized accounts to meet customer requirements. The minimum sized account that can be purchased is 5GB and can be upgraded at anytime. Our data storage facility is capable of holding terabytes of data so we have no restrictions on maximum data backup account sizes.
How Many computers can I backup?
There are no limitations on how many computers we can backup. Each computer is assigned a unique number and a unique backup agent which can be managed under the one account.
If you have a medium or large business with multiple computers we can provide console management access. Our centralised account system can manage thousands of accounts at any one time allowing IT departments to quickly deploy backup agents, updates, configurations and even message prompts. Resellers & IT Integrators can also take full advantage of our console management system allowing them to easily manage every backup customer without the need of installing extra management applications.
How do I restore lost or damaged files?
There are two methods to restoring files, using the Connected™ backup application or using your online account.
Within the Connected™ Agent click on the restore tab for the data that can be restored. Select the date to which version you would like to restore and download the file. There are various options available for the restore that will help with a more rapid download for instance; selecting to overwrite the file will only download the changes made to the file since it was first sent to the backup vaults.
You can also log into your online account and select MyRoam which allows you to select the directories and files you wish to download. MyRoam can also be used when you need to retrieve a file onto a different PC.
